Speaker biography
Prabha Thomas is VP and Chief Risk & Compliance Officer at TCS. She is responsible for designing and implementing the ERM framework and Regulatory Compliance Framework in TCS, and has risk governance and regulatory oversight over business units, geographies and functions globally. Her rich experience of 28 years covers program management, large account management working with multiple clients, multi-vendor governance, enterprise quality management, business process management, governance, risk and regulatory compliance. She is also a member on the Strategic Advisory Board of IRM India.
